Important Initiatives related to Climate Change:

INDC: As an EU member nation, Romania’s commitment is contained within the larger European Union INDC, which commits its 28 members to a combined reduction of 40% below 1990 levels by 2030. The text of the European Union INDC can be viewed here.

NEEAP: Romania has produced a “Report on the Progress Registered in Achieving the National Targets for Energy Efficiency.” The report may be found here.
